Madam Helena Wenneh founded Destined Kids Assistance Program(DEKAP Inc Liberia) in 2012. This is a grassroots nonprofit organization committed to advocating for the rights of disabled individuals in Liberia. The organization addresses critical gaps by integrating the issues of disability rights, gender equality, and child protection, striving to ensure that these often marginalized groups receive the attention and support they deserve.
