What is the Together for Education Fund?

The Together for Education Fund is DEKAP’s flagship initiative dedicated to ensuring that children from vulnerable and disability-affected families have access to quality education.

Simultaneously, the fund works to empower caregivers to build sustainable livelihoods, creating a lasting impact from the ground up.

Since 2014, DEKAP Liberia Inc. has been a champion for inclusion and support. Now, we are taking our mission to the next level.

This fund unites child sponsorship, school readiness, and mothers’ economic empowerment under one powerful umbrella to ensure that no child is left behind.

Our Core Belief: No child should ever be denied the right to learn because of poverty or disability.

Our Core Objectives are clear:

🎒 School Readiness: Providing – comprehensive school readiness packages to prepare children for success.

📝 Tuition Support: Covering annual tuition and fees to keep kids in school where they belong.

♿ Inclusive Learning: Supplying assistive devices and specialized learning materials for children with disabilities.

💼 Maternal Empowerment: Empowering mothers with disabilities through small livelihood support to create sustainable family economic structures.

🤝 Zero Exclusion: Ensuring that poverty and disability never stand in the way of a child’s future.
